Gotta be worst MidSouth in Macon slow and the ATM IS ALWAYS DOWN LITERALLY
I was having difficulties with my new debit card from MidSouth and was fortunate when I called the Contact Center I had Amanda as my point of contact. Making sure those in management were aware of the patience and assistance Amanda provided for me. I recommend anyone who is with any other lending institution to create their account with MidSouth. Again Amanda who was in the Control Center of was extremely helpful despite a bit of drama on my debit card.
Today I went to Mid South to open a checking/savings account and I was helped by Mrs. Deidre Johnson. She was so kind, polite, and helpful. She is a wonderful lady and no doubt an irreplaceable asset to Mid South. Thank you so much Mrs. Johnson & Mid South!
I don't even know where,, are what in Name of Treat people the way you want to be treated going on at MSFCU,, I've been banking with this bank for years,, but on yesterday 2/9/2026 was the straw that broke the camel back,, I went to make a deposit at the bank,, like always used the drive through window,, it wasn't the regular lady today it was a unfamiliar face,, I had everything filled out and ready,, she didn't greet me,, she asked me what you wanna do with this,, the deposit slip explain it all,, she rudely stated ,, let ... read more
