We do business with several banks and financial institutions but there is no one that consistently offers the level of services we receive from MidSouth and particularly Janet Milan. I highly recommend anyone who has the opportunity to experience the professional, highly experienced and motivated assistance Janet offers to current or potential customers of MidSouth. The young man helping me did not put a hold on my $10,000 deposit, he called Julie over for an override, she asked if I needed the funds right away, I told her no then asked why? Was there a hold on it, she said he should have placed a hold on it because of the amount but he didn’t, I guess she felt strongly about placing that hold because there’s a hold on it now, they be so angry us brown folks got some money, definitely gonna call them.
Julie cane from Robins,was terrible there and here,she upholds her employees when they do wrong. The deversity in hiring and promoting is unethical in the 21st century. They need camera's in all the rooms with sound to prevent theft.
