Update: On Sunday 4/10 I was able to use my card instore for some items. I'm not sure why on Saturday that was not an option after paying those bills. I looked through all my paperwork and there was nothing about a limit. Midsouth has reached out however I am unable to answer their call currently due to being at work. Again this is NOT an employee issue. They are always courteous and helpful! I'm hoping this is just some weird glitch because the account is new. 4/9 They get a two because their employees are always courteous ... read more
