The worst banking business I ever have banked with.. If charges are on your account unapproved the only to dispute is in person. Dumbest ever takes time out your day should be able per fax or just any other option after going in and signing the form to find out the wrong dispute form the teller processed was wrong inform me I need to come back sign the right one and I have to contact the company myself to see if they will give me the charge back..
