They guided me legally but I thought they would be present at a hearing at a magistraite's office but they do not file an entry of appearance in order to be present physically. From the answering machine message, I comprehended that they only physically represent someone if they're going through domestic violence. Terrible experience— the paralegal I spoke with was dismissive and unhelpful, claiming they couldn’t assist despite the issues I raised being listed on the application form. She didn’t bother to gather any details about my situation and offered no alternative resources.

If I could I would give negative stars! Marsha told her client she sent a proposal to my sons lawyer twice, he never received anything from her, now she couldn't even be bothered to show up to mediation today, i wouldn't call these people for help even if it wouldn't cost me anything!
