My complaint is with Megan Bowers who does the intake. She spoke condescending to me, disrespected my wishes. My situation has my depression and anxiety high and I am stressed out. I asked her to ask my mom the questions but she refused and threatened to hang up the phone! She lacks empathy, and I felt pissed that she was so unprofessional.
