We recently used midnight Madness for my sister’s 30th. The times for pick up changed 2-3 times before the actual date. Then the day of we were told she would be running behind and pick up was pushed back an hour. The bus driver then showed up an 1 hour to a hour and a half late. Which pushed out drop off time to about 2:30 in the morning. The windows were not able to shut, and this was in November. The trash cans on the bus were not empty. super disappointed. I booked a bus for Jan31 for a surprise party. About an hour before we are set to meet I get a text that the bus isn't working and they can't make the set time so I have to scramble to make up a new plan so the surprise didn't get ruined. Bus was 20 min late so whatever we go with it. As I'm signing the contract the driver tells me that the music is not working so we need to use the stereo hooked to a battery in the back and we have no heat. I had a very disappointing experience with Midnight Madness Party Bus. After paying in full for a reservation, I later decided—well in advance of my event—to go with another vendor. I was within my contract limits and entitled to a refund according to our contract. I contacted the company to cancel and request a refund, but what should have been a simple process turned into weeks of unnecessary frustration. Always have exceptional service. We’ve rented as customers for birthday parties and we’ve had clients rent from them at our wedding venue and they always impress!
So embarrassing, the quality of the bus we took is joked about all the time. My review was removed so I'm just coming back to give him the 1 star he deserves.
