The person(s) at the front desk answering phones are extremely rude, hateful, and self-righteous. The person, Sara? Darcy? (They were cagey about even giving their first name) but were not cagey about lecturing me and threatening to not allow me to retrieve my property. I would give a negative star if I could to be nice a zero star rating. They don’t give office hours and the number given doesn’t work. It’s in a apartment building so where is the office that you can get to and talk to them. Where is their impound yard to keep the cars safe from being broken into?
