I hired Wayne Kramer to represent me in several transactional matters throughout the years in Broward County when I lived in Florida. He has always been available to me by phone, email and text. He is a creative problem solver. He was patient and I found him to be honest in his evaluations of my needs. Ignored phone calls and court orders. My case was lost only due to their negligence. The judge actually sighted the reason in her final ruling. After getting paid, the two partners and cousins didnothing to help. Avoid using this law firm. If you have been impacted by these clowns, file a FloridaBarcomplaint.

I have been in foreclosure for the past 8 years, and for 6 2/3 years did it pro se, because I've had to fire numerous attorneys, because they either didn't show up (One guy in Naples, actually quit the day before trial,) or were otherwise incompetent. I hired Wayne Kramer 16 months ago, and have never had to attend another hearing. He constantly keeps me in the loop with either links to motions he has filed or responded to, or telephone calls he makes to me. Wayne Kramer is absolutely the very best foreclosure protection one could possibly buy, bar none! For the past 2 years, Wayne has driven from Ft. When I explained how long I was in litigation to Wayne Kramer he decided to take on my case and said he would work as hard as he could. I felt he did just that. Came to this firm a couple years ago with an association foreclosure. The attorneys and receptionist we're always helpful. They use a great program called mycase that allows me to log in to my case to check on anything new that may be happening with my case. There have been a couple occasions where its taken me a day or two to reach the attorney.
