Just not a user friendly bank. They're employees are helpful as they can be with limited tools though. Just not happy with them at all since Alpine bank became Midland. Super sad about it really
Horrible conversation! Phone number on debit card activation didn't work! Had to call and was given a DIFFERENT phone number! Bad experience. May close accounts.
Nomatter what i do, when i make online purchases they wont let the transaction happen. The fraud center shuts the account down, if i buy anything outside of the u.s. its a major hassle. I have to call over and over to unlock my account. Very aggravating
