Terrible Only bank I know that doesn't let you get your own money Maximum withdrawal without prior notice. Which is not good when in an emergency or need your money After 9 years at location. Will be closing account Atm is convenient because it is close to train station, but would rather travel then deal with this bank. Will be channging banking to a real, respectable facility.

We visited Midland States Bank to change the ownership of our account to the name of our trust. No one was there to help us and we needed to return later. But once we sat down with Donald Hunt, everything went very smoothly. Donald not only performed the task professionally, but was also very personable. I guess that’s why he is called a Personal Banker.
