We visited Midland States Bank to change the ownership of our account to the name of our trust. No one was there to help us and we needed to return later. But once we sat down with Donald Hunt, everything went very smoothly. Donald not only performed the task professionally, but was also very personable. I guess that’s why he is called a Personal Banker.
