This bank charges for anything they possibly can. ATM fees are higher then the interstate truck stop. Balance below their limit they charge you. Keep charging monthly until they get the rest of the money out of the account. Paper records yep you get charged that too. I think they even charged an ATM fee when I took money out at another companies ATM. So there was basically 2 fees for getting my own money. However they did not charge to count and sort my change.
