I probably wouldn’t bank here because of the teller who belittled a disabled individual today. It’s 2026, everyone’s is different, and not less.
I was in on Saturday 7/10/26 around 9:30am - 10:30. I was in line waiting my turn. I overheard a disabled person asking questions to the assistant branch manager(I didn’t get her name) and she was extremely rude to the individual with disability. The elderly woman has a cane and obvious disability, I witness the assistant branch manager, gaslight the individual until she became noticeably distressed, the assistant branch manager seemed to continue to gaslight her. I highly recommend this location; everyone here is friendly and helpful. I was having issues with my debit card, and Yareli resolved the problem quickly. She even made sure that the card was working properly before I left the office. 10/10 customer service.
