I cannot say anything but amazing things about this branch. Stacey went out of her way to accommodate me during a severely difficult situation that I pray no one else goes through. She was my saving grace today. Thank you so much Stacey, you are an angel.
Stacey at the Rock Falls branch helped my wife and set up a new account. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the products at Midland.
Every time I go there I get excellent service and treated very nicely. The staff there is excellent and very helpful and very sweet
Ok bank - overdraft fees are higher than others. Will call if there’s any issues though. This location in particular is hard to get out of if more than one car is trying to leave.
