I have banked at Midland States in Greenville for many years. Every interaction with their staff and their products has been highly positive with excellent service. Love banking at this bank!
Nic. Roberts helped me with a loan my wife and I were very impressed with his actions. Very knowledgeable and professional. My blood sugar was low at closing and Nic gave me a couple of dumb dumb suckers to boost my sugars and I ran off to go get food forgetting my paperwork. He promptly called me to say he had it . Thank God for people. I don't think a computer could do any better . Hats off to Nic. Thanks
This bank is closed on Saturday and Sunday all day and on Wednesday afternoon so plan your hours accordingly. Not very convenient at all.
Usually a good experience, but they no longer take change over a certain amount
