Michelle had a stank attitude and POOR customer service. She was rude when I asked to get a new debit card, she decided to go thru my account and look at charges and make comments even tho I asked repeatedly for a new card. It’s my choice, not yours. I told her I would like to close my account since she didn’t want to help me and suddenly she could do it.
