They always greet me very happy to see me and do everything for me to get loans
They’re always pleasant to me in the lobby to me when I make a deposit or withdrawal. However; as somebody who doesn’t have a debit card, their hours are VERY inconvenient. If you can’t come in Saturday morning, you have to wait until Monday to even make any transaction as both the drive thru and lobby are closed on Sunday. This bank needs to hire another teller or two so the hours are more open to people who need more accommodation.
It was heartland when I started banking with them never had problem nice people can't satisfy everyone.
