Went to get a tire fixed. Was having a coffee across the street waiting for it to open. Signs weren’t on ..@10:02 the door opened..a man came out..backpack on..locked the door and left. Two other customers arrived and waited..no sign on the door. I gave it 1/2 an hour and went to the bike shop on 93..Total Sports..lovely store..delightful young men greeted and served..others arrived and were immediately served. This will now be my go-to Bike Store.
Best bike repair shop in the entire Georgian Bay region. Glenn is a true professional who legitimately cares for his customers. Excellent and quick service. Got my bike repaired in 24 hours! Thanks to Glen and his team
I've read some of the reviews and those who are serious advid bikers know this is a great shop. I've had sport check and Canadian Tire completely screw up putting my daughter's bike together I paid $1,000... Glenn has taken her bike and is made sure that all of it is safe. I paid $500 for tune-ups cables.. locks.. new tires..crank shaft replacement etc... my daughter could have killed herself with the shape it was in. The chain split twice. Customer service excelence! When's the last time a business went above and beyond? Today at Midland Ski and Bike they did just that. We are just random people from out of town. Our bike unexpectedly broke and our day trip to tour Midland was looking like it was over before it started. We spotted this bike shop across the street and headed over to get maintenance on a bike.
