Every time I go there they resolve my issues. They're very friendly and courteous. Today I got a "tune-up" on my hearing aids. Everything sounds good .

Melissa is very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She is very generous with the time that she spends with you to make sure that you feel comfortable with your hearing aids. I have had my hearing aids for nearly four years and I am very satisfied with them and the quality of service that Melissa provides.
While my experience with the folks of Midlands Hearing has been good the entire experience has been a bit frustrating and I feel like I had been somewhat misled from the beginning about product what it would do for me. I have been in a continuous ongoing adjustment. Period for several months. The audiologist that I am working with now has been very patient with me, but I feel like either there’s more that can be done or the product was the wrong product for me as I’m writing this review.
