While my experience with the folks of Midlands Hearing has been good the entire experience has been a bit frustrating and I feel like I had been somewhat misled from the beginning about product what it would do for me. I have been in a continuous ongoing adjustment. Period for several months. I was a walk in to have hearing aids cleaned. As all ways they took care of me.
Learned a lot about my hearing and how they can correct it.
Hear Again America in Chapin cleaned and checked my hearing aids when they suddenly became erratic, I was happy to hear my favorite audiologist was there and switched back to her from my previous audiologist. I really depend on my hearing aids being spot on,
I have gotten total and quick service every time I’ve needed it. Don’t need new hearing spat the moment, but when I do, this will be the place!
