Melissa provides excellent service. The Starkey hearing aids seem to have performance issues, but they do come with a warranty, wherein a defective hearing aid can be replaced, if it cannot be repaired. Overall, I would give this company a 4 out of 5.
I’ve been seeing Melissa for a couple of years and she’s managed to fix a number of problems I’ve had with my hearing aids. They were 5+ years old and having little problems more and more frequently so I decided to get new ones.
