AWESOME, Can't say enough good things about Dawn, & Melissa for helping my Mom!!!!
Melissa provides excellent service. The Starkey hearing aids seem to have performance issues, but they do come with a warranty, wherein a defective hearing aid can be replaced, if it cannot be repaired. Overall, I would give this company a 4 out of 5.
I’ve been seeing Melissa for a couple of years and she’s managed to fix a number of problems I’ve had with my hearing aids. They were 5+ years old and having little problems more and more frequently so I decided to get new ones. Every time I go there they resolve my issues. They're very friendly and courteous. Today I got a "tune-up" on my hearing aids. Everything sounds good .
Very caring staff and very glad they are available Monday through Friday now
