A great addition to our garden, perfect in all weathers. My BETTER half was right again and after a number of months reviewing our options and waiting for stock to come in we decided that the Nova Titan Plus 4x3 was the perfect option for the space we wanted it for. Our amazing NOVA Titan LED Pergola was installed within five days(!!) of ordering. This company is exceptional - the most friendly staff with professional service and regular communication. We know MGF and the team now very well as we had placed an order 14 months ago but there were problems beyond their control and resulted in cancellation. We just purchased a pergola and had an excellent service from start to end. Everyone showed professionalism including the fitter who delivered and fitted the pergola where there was an issue with one part he arranged for this part to be delivered on the same day (a two and a half hours drive each way) so he could complete the work without having to postpone it to another day. I highly recommend Midland Garden Furniture.
Just had our Nova Titan Plus pergola installed by Midland Garden Furniture. From start to finish the customer service was impeccable and we were kept well informed throughout and provided with options when there was a slight delay on our order from the manufacturer. Great experience with our new pergola. There was some difficulty with the courier to the Isle of Wight but Nicola sorted it all out. Great product arrived in excellent condition and was relatively easy to assemble. To top it all they beat the competition on price. We know where to go to for our next purchase for are outdoor space.
