I've only had very good experiences at Midland Financial specifically with Rose. I have been going to her for my taxes the last 20 yrs. My ex-husband still goes to her as well. Sorry some may have had a bad experience but I feel there's more people satisfied with the service than not.
Midland Financial practices predatory lending and should be investigated to the nth degree. I’m watching this in real time. Midland is taking advantage of my senior parents after they took advantage of their financial hardships program. Now at the completion of the program Midland feels it’s completely reasonable to charge them 3X their mortgage to get “caught up”. That was not how the program was described to work. This review is specifically for Rose Marie Goff. Rose helped me with taxes and financial stuff sometime last year. After I paid her for her services, I never received copies of the tax documents she was supposed to submit on my behalf nor did I ever get confirmation that the documents were formally submitted. I’ve emailed her and called her probably over 10 times in the last year because I want to know what the hell happened with the job I paid her for and I literally NEVER HEARD FROM HER AGAIN.
