Great customer service. Nabila is the best.
Unprofessional establishment. Highly advise to not do any work with them. They do not answer phone calls and their lawyer does not do his job correctly. Building is always empty which is questionable.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying for a minimum of 6 weeks trying to close my dads savings account, he passed away 7 months ago. I have provided all the information requested and can’t get a phone call back after repeated messages left. It took 5 visits before we found a personal banker to give me the information needed to close this account. I provided it all, was told I’d hear within a week. After 4 weeks of nothing, I started leaving messages. 4 before I received a call back. Excuses on how busy they were. Could... read more
