I had a heavy package delivered to my apartment and I wasn’t home to receive it. I received a call from Cliff, the Courier, who was very pleasant and accommodating. He took the package up to my apartment door and also carried up another heavy package that was left at the main door from another courier. Thanks Cliff for this great level of customer service!
We used Midland Courier for a while and the service is getting worse and worse. The delivery takes sometimes 4 days even if they should deliver it next day. Packages are missing and delivered late. There are more and more damaged parcels/ packages with damaged goods which is very annoying when you are a very small business. Drivers don't care if you put the "fragile" sticker on it - perhaps because they are driving double shifts. I don't recommend this company any more.
