How can I leave cero stars ? !!! Such disrespectful people !!!
I called the appraisal office to ask a question, and unfortunately, Celia was very rude and dismissive. Her tone was sarcastic and unhelpful, which made the experience frustrating. I hope the office can address customer service training so future interactions are more respectful and professional.
They phone they give for information no one answers. Like they are to busy to pick up the phone
I recently lost my husband and Celia (sp) was a breath of fresh air in this very difficult time for me. She has walked me through so many steps that I needed to take in order to resume my family's affairs in regard to our property.
