Adrian! Saved the day. He helped me figure out my issues and made it so easy. Especially with me overthinking. I was very thankful to run into him and have his service! I would come back just to see him. This branch really expressed me!
Stranded, starving, can't transfer my OWN FUNDS from my OWN ACCOUNT to my checking account to be able to use my own debit card for food, fuel, or live my day to day working life today. Constant issues with MidFl. Always left in a bind. They don't care to help. Today's issue, amongst the many others. The app won't allow transfers. The branches won't accept calls, the phone just hangs up. Unfortunate when you can't trust a bank to function...
The banker was so helpful and wonderful
I have to say this is one of the best banks I've ever dealt with everyone there is friendly and helpful and they all know I like the orange lollipop
