Have had 2 of their management staff be rude and accusatory when conducting business, so we closed our accounts. You can choose to be a part of the problem or a part of the solution...they don't try to be helpful at all. Smug looks and dismissive actions are not ok. Will find a bank where customers are valued.
Me and my fiancé. We were looking for new experience in a new bank and we decided to go with mid Florida community credit union. What an amazing bank They make you feel welcome right from the beginning. Are relationship banker that helped us? Davison was absolutely amazing. He helped us out with lot. He recommended a lot that we could do. Through out the credit union if you're looking for something different in a bank, I highly recommend them.
It has issues slower than im used to payment wise long waits 4 customer service y i gave 4 stars
this branch is slow and very under staffed. they don’t know what they’re doing. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRANCH!!
