Today’s visit was not just another visit to the best credit union but one of the best visits I have had. I went to notarize a document. As usual there was the warm friendly greet from all reps as I enter through the doors, very short wait time for service and it was done quikly. Davidson Joseph was exemplary in the execution of getting my accounts in order. That was a bonus that was not on my agenda. I really appreciate his observation and proactiveness. Thank you

I've had a very frustrating experience with MIDFLORIDA Credit Union regarding my car loan. It seems they have a deceptive practice of not informing customers that they are unable to make principal-only payments on car loans. Despite being told that we could make these kinds of payments in branch, we were informed upon arrival that interest must be collected upfront first.
