Do not use this bank. This bank will leave you stranded with no access to your money by placing fraud alerts on your account without ever notifying you by text message/email. This just happened to me & when I called them customer service number on the back of the card the representative told me because the bank failed to notify me with a case number, there was nothing she could do. I used to like this credit union, but they stopped supporting Zelle and never followed through on their promise to bring it back. It became too inconvenient without it, so I ended up closing my account.
I ORDERED CHECKS SEVERAL WEEKS AGO AND I'M STILL WAITING FOR THEM ‼️‼️‼️
People at the front desk were amazing. I got everything I needed done fast and stress-free. Answered all my questions and were all extremely kind, everything was sorted much smoother than I had expected thanks to their service. Thank you!!
