We went in to open a checking account. Couldn’t stay because of the “perfumy” smell I assume it’s air freshener but it is offensive.
Poor customer service for business account holders. Customers are required to wait in line, yet staff routinely serve others based on preference, skipping those who have been waiting. There is no sign-in or queue system to ensure fair service when meeting with an Account Representative. This lack of organization leads to frustration and wasted time for business owners who depend on efficient banking.
