Amazing customer service! They go above and beyond to meet their customers needs.
We opened an account at the MidFirst Bank at 760 West Ray Road in Gilbert, AZ. We deposited $12,000. Two weeks later they still had a hold on the money. We went and talked with Cory the branch manager. He said he fixed it. We got home and he still screwed it up. We called the customer service desk and they finally got it straightened out. These people are inept children playing with money. We're just to Chase Bank.
Divided side street makes it hard to get in to. Staff is great.
Horrible Horrible Horrible!! Allowed RL Massion & his girlfriend to forged an IRS check without checking ID, let him deposit it into his account. It was over $8000.00 refused to help with I all documents for the police., even after they verified that it was not my signature. The guy in charge (he thinks) said their FRAUD department will handle. Didn't contact the police to press any charges for FORGERY with the police, other then asked him to bank elsewhere!! It is the lawyer for this bank that is impossible to work with. She should take a review course in law and work on her people skills.
Midfirst Bank gets it right just about every time and will work tooth and nail to keep your business. I have banked with them for several years and have never had a problem with their bank.
