If you want your funds for monthly payment deducted on time, but a servicer that will hold posting your payment for 31-90 days and then report their delinquent posting procedures as your payment history this is THE company! Otherwise, refi out as soon as your loan is sold to them. They also report inaccuracies while you are under Chapter 13 "protection". I hear that's illegal..
Horrible! I rather continue dealing with netspend prepaid then do business with them again. The app is a waste of time and the bank take way too long to process payments. I order from Amazon often. Usually with any other debit card Amazon receive their money within a day or sooner. Well guess who received an overdraft a week after I ordered my items!. Worst bank ever. DO NOT bank here. This bank is a disgrace. If u are scammed out of ur money, they close ur accounts & cut ties with u. This bank is completely disgusting. My entire family are closing our accounts because of their disgraceful behavior. They care nothing about someone being taken for their entire retirement or savings. They accuse u of illegal activity & humiliate u by telling u to move ur money elsewhere. We will be filing complaints
Do not open an acct there. When u write a check to someone, they have to pay $7.50 to cash it if they don't have an account there. So what happen if a check is only $6.50? Do i have to pay them $1 to cash a check drawn from mid first? Waited at drive thru for 5 min then they said i have to come inside since i dont habe an acct to tell me there is $7.50 charge unless i open an acct. I understand they will charge a check from other financial sources, but not a check drawn from there own.
If you want your finances fucked up and their representatives to lie to you then you definitely wanna go with MIDFIRST.

I've been a customer for 6 yrs. It has been the most difficult business I have ever dealt with. They promote as 'local' but have a big business mindset. Too many departments that do not communicate, ridiculous hold times for business customers(30-40min), and they charged me $30 per check, that their bill pay system failed to deliver!!! Buh bye.
