Very pleased with all aspects of this bank.
The entire process of changing my deceased brothers account from a checking account to an “Estate Checking “ has been absolutely awful. If I had known almost 3 months later MidFirst was still changing things to get this completed . I would have closed the original checking account and reopened a new account elsewhere. I’m still getting emails and phone calls that they need more paperwork signed. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had no problem closing one of my 3 accounts, and then opening another. Always treated well at this location, greeted when I step foot in the building. Great branch!
