The tellers are very helpful every time I go there, unlike the bank on their opposite side.
Horrible Horrible Horrible Customer service. Brought my daughter the other day to open a new account. The lady said that she couldn’t use an out-of-state ID so she had to get an Oklahoma ID so we went and got her an Oklahoma ID. They give you a paper ID until your actual physical one comes in. Here we are a few days later my daughter went online to schedule an appointment to go in. We show up and the lady says it’s first come first serve that the appointment doesn’t matter.
