Good customer service and atmosphere
Love this bank. They are always prompt, friendly and on the ball, as they are at all the locations I have visited.
We had an appointment scheduled in the middle of a busy work day. We sat and waited for half an hour before anyone got to us. There were only a few people walking in. We had to look for someone to greet us. Not the greatest hospitality or honoring of my time.
