Love this bank. Corporately they are not always raising banking fees. The local branch has short wait times, pleasant, efficient, knowledgeable staff, who often know you by name. I've banked at Midfirst for over ten years and wouldn't go anywhere else.

Customer service is always pleasant. Always concern if I'm getting the best use of my money and how they can help. Make me aware of any new promotions that may assist me with any of my projects. Any question or concerns I may have, they'll see to me getting the best answer.
