Rockie road since account opening. 1.I was provided wrong info at acct opening, 2. I have placed a total of 5 calls to fix a simple Zelle activation issue to no avail, 3. With the exception of one rep, Rita who genuine , every one else has eeither bounced me around or been dismissive. I cant clearly tell when someone wants to help or clearly kick the ball aside. Certainly not what I expected.
Deanna is very easy to talk with and efficient to work with! Great place to bank very friendly people!
