I bank with MidFirst on Lynn Ln in Broken Arrow, OK. The physical plant is very welcoming & comfortable & the coffee is always good & fresh! Most importantly, the staff personnel are exceptionally friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. Cindy, Cass, Tom, Frieda and Hannah are simply the best. I’ve had some issues with my account being hacked twice & Cindy and Cass have resolved the issue each time I recommend the MidFirst family to the utmost!
Love my 61 and Lynn Lane MidFirst Bank branch. Always greeted by name and they make me feel like a person and not just a number! Keep up the great work!
