I’ve been with MidFirst for a few years now and I’m really happy with them. Trying to talk my soon to be husband into switching over once we’re married.
Great bank. Better than most other banks. Love the people as they also love their customers.
Updated there banking app which already worked great beforehand And since then I haven't been able to get into my bank account for 3 days to turn my card off card control to use it. I have physical been to the store and talked on the phone with customer service and maintenance. Still can't get it to work. Considering switching banks. Inconveniences like this are often with this place
