I always receive courteous service at this branch, enjoy the team at this location, & banking here. This review specifically is for the Exceptional Service my personal banker, Jackie Medina, provided recently. I was out of town & had to handle an investment account remotely. She went above & beyond to make sure I locked in the rate & account that I wanted to move my matured CD account into on a weekend. I have tried to set up my Zelle account multiple times and it has never happened. MULTIPLE TIMES
