I had the worst experience with Y. Michelle Licano, Assistant Banking Center Manager. She was rude, unprofessional, and arrogant. She refused to send my tax documents and kept insisting that the bank documents I requested didn’t exist. I called another branch, and they sent my documents within two minutes. Because of her, I would never work with MidFirst again.
I’ve decided to update my review. Although there have been some negative experiences I am upset about overall I have received good customer service. In person the service is always amazing.
The bank is beautiful and employees look happy. I enjoyed a cup of coffee while waiting for my appointment with the personal banker. It is always an enjoyable visit and my financial items are well attended to.
Mr. Anthony Daou at MidFirst Bank at Elliot & Rural is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He has provided excellent banking advices & services during my recent visits and emails. Since 2010, I was able to communicate to the wonderful staff (Lindsay, Marcus, Brandon, etc.) after-hours by emails, or arrive there to enjoy their tasty hot coffee during banker’s hours.
