I initially did business with the Tempe branch on Elliot however this review is primarily focused on MidFirst's corporate policies and customer service. I have banked with MidFirst from approximately 1995 to the present. 1) There are very few local branch offices. Something I became aware of after moving from Tempe to Carefree. 2) For many years the bank did not charge for non-MidFirst ATM withdrawals but dropped that policy years ago. They may have a relationship with Allpoint ATMs but I personally found it very inconvenien... read more

I have no words from my experience here because it was so bad with a certain banker but I do know the reputation they have her is for a reason. But the gen manager there absolute sweetie (five stars for her)
