Update* was here with a friend to close her account as she wanted to shift to chase, but they accused us of opening this account only for their promotion which she received literally 2 months before. They were really bad with their words saying people like us should not open an account at all. I ended up closing mine too after seeing their way of business. Too slow, my appointment was at 9 am and they said they wont provide services if arrived after 9:05 so i was there early, but guess what i had to wait unti 9:15 as they ar... read more
What a terrible customer experience. No parking, no drive thru. Just slap a few ATMs in the area instead of pretending that you want to actually serve customers at this location. I wasted an hour between the drive and circling the block trying to find parking
