Switching to MidFirst Bank was one of the best things I ever did. They know my name! - and they always greet me. They are extremely caring and helpful, and they are an ethical bank. I feel I am in real great hands at MidFirst bank and I highly recommend them.
This location on Air Depot does not provide good customer service. As I have experience several times at this location. But today, I write a review. I sit in line for seven minutes in the drive-through before I’m even acknowledged, and I am the only customer… I can clearly see too ladies at the window so I know they see me. Then takes another 5 min to cash a check. Very rude!
