Midfirst Bank genuinely cares about their customers. They try harder than any other bank that I have ever been with at trying to please me as a customer. I have never had any other bank call me to let me know that someone is trying to cash a check that seems out of the ordinary (such as a high dollar figure on the check). I have been called to let me know that I was overdrawn. Midfirst Bank offers incentives to new customers more than other banks.
