Tried to open a new account online but my confirmation transactions never posted. Stopped by this location today to open in person and the guy told me he could help me because I didn’t have an appointment. I was there at 5:30 and they close at 6:00 but he couldn’t open a new account for me because he had to do “audit stuff”. Won’t be going back.
Great customer service! A true "neighborhood" bank, unlike the big bank I've been using for decades. Possibly moving current mega bank use to MFB sometime next year.
Great customer service, from Casey the branch manager the assistant manger and the tellers . Very pleased with their banking services and their investment department. Wish I had started using them 3 years ago when Casey first introduced me to Williiam. Our delay cost us 10’s of thousands in our retirement account. So glad I ended up at MidFirst.
