We have used them for years, however this year even though we paid the same as last year, they filled out the 1040 for CCA tax, but did not calculate amount owed, they said they don’t figure that out any more because “people say they end up owing more than what we tell them” I had zero issues up to that point. Now we owe cca tax penalties because our “1040 got lost” even though I can prove delivery, it doesn’t matter and we now owe penalties.

these people are so unprofessional, the lady at the front desk is completely rude been going there for a long time. definitely find a new place to do your taxes !!

We have been using this company for over 20 years. They are the best. Get the best possible refund that is legally possible. Most of my family come here . Have for long time also. There is only so much you can get back. There is alot that variables in tax refund. Just because you worked. Has to be so much before you can get return. Most ppl. Think they should get 10thousand because they worked half a year with dependents. Not aways the case.
