My late husband was a loyal customer of this business for over 30 years, and I continued to use them, despite not living in Ohio. Since the sale of the business by Judy, the former owner, this business has become the ABSOLUTE worst. Jennifer was the last employee to be ethical in her work. We have used them for years, however this year even though we paid the same as last year, they filled out the 1040 for CCA tax, but did not calculate amount owed, they said they don’t figure that out any more because “people say they end up owing more than what we tell them” I had zero issues up to that point. Now we owe cca tax penalties because our “1040 got lost” even though I can prove delivery, it doesn’t matter and we now owe penalties.
