Luke was hired for my taxes . Not only did he miss the deadline and make my taxes late. ( he forgot to send them ) He refuses to be accountable for the fees . He is also refusing to send over a copy of my taxes . I never received because he sent me home with a list of his Cleints in the folder instead of my paperwork (assuming wrong folder ) Over 20 phone calls from my tax lady, an email from me and voice mails . He still won’t send them and it’s preventing me from filing . Don’t bother. Better off with turbo tax .
Great and smart guy. Planning on saving money and taking care of my business with this guy. He gave me the best advice and honestly it shocked me how much so little can change so much. Blessed to see this!
