Watch out!!! We had a great 15 year relationship with this company until there was a problem with our taxes. I called, dropped off the irs letter in person and was told they would get on it immediately.. 2 days went by no response. I called to follow up, got a snooty response from the secretary, so I went in to see Maryanne personally to see what could be done to fix it, and was told by her that "i don't have time to deal with you guys" .... to a 15 year client.
