Showed up at 8:51 and there are three people sitting inside looking at me through the glass doors. They are wasting time on their phones while I stand outside in the freezing cold because they won't open the doors until exactly 9.
I have been going to this Bank since 2017. Twice in the last week I have been asked for my license because the tellers said they have not seen me before. One of them I had sat down with in the bank to resolve issue of not getting my checks I had ordered a week before! Not a very personable branch. I use Medway, Medfield and Bellingham branches and the tellers have always had much better customer service

The staff is always so helpful and friendly. They answer my questions and are always professional and kind.
Terrible bank. Rude lady that does not know how to give customer service.
