My experience over many years has always been positive. The staff is very nice and helpful.
Showed up at 8:51 and there are three people sitting inside looking at me through the glass doors. They are wasting time on their phones while I stand outside in the freezing cold because they won't open the doors until exactly 9.
I have been going to this Bank since 2017. Twice in the last week I have been asked for my license because the tellers said they have not seen me before. One of them I had sat down with in the bank to resolve issue of not getting my checks I had ordered a week before! Not a very personable branch. I use Medway, Medfield and Bellingham branches and the tellers have always had much better customer service
