Extremely challenging, degrading staff. I was sent to this location from another branch ensuring I had all proper documents. Communication failed and I traveled around a total of 2 hours to be told I didn’t have correct docs. Two other customers were also frustrated and left without successful transactions during my visit.
After a death in the family, we came to close out an account, and with traffic the bank was closed 9/27/23. I called the bank and the teller was kind and offered to help us in the drive thru. We had traveled a great distance to complete this transaction. Thank you for your kindness and service.
Whenever the app is down I get stranded I can’t use my card it’s honestly a safety hazard bc I needed to use my card but I can’t bc they are constantly under maintenance. Wish I could use my card while under maintenance.
