I originally joined Southborough in 2007 and have since moved to Grafton. I have had nothing but the best experience with this bank since I can remember.
Typical bank. You can be a loyal customer for years, but if you need their help with something, GOOD LUCK! I had an issue with my mortgage payment, and it didn't process the first time I set it up in my banking app (differnt bank, for good reason), and I never had issues before. Well, I realized the error and called to speak with someone to try and get ahead of the issue. Payment had been put back through, and confirmed with my other bank, but the rep, with a condesending tone, said there was nothing she could do to help me ... read more
