Always have good service when I visit here. Never find myself waiting long.
I am surprised at the negative reviews about rude customer service as I have not experienced it myself - either at this branch or any other MSB bank. I left my old bank many years ago when they merged with a mega-bank and came to MSB BECAUSE they are local and have no shareholders. I also have an account at a credit union (DCU) because they both offer good (different) deals on different services.
No problems with service.
If you hate wearing a mask, don't come to this location!
