I am surprised at the negative reviews about rude customer service as I have not experienced it myself - either at this branch or any other MSB bank. I left my old bank many years ago when they merged with a mega-bank and came to MSB BECAUSE they are local and have no shareholders. I also have an account at a credit union (DCU) because they both offer good (different) deals on different services.
No problems with service.
If you hate wearing a mask, don't come to this location!
The most rude employees I’ve ever interacted with. I came in while three of the employees were helping one customer. They were having private conversation rather than any actual business for about 15 minutes before acknowledging I was there. When I finally talked with an employee, I asked about the edeposit feature on the app. It wasn’t letting me enroll so I called the online number who told me to go to the actual bank for help.
