Very nice people and they give to the community. Minus one star for lack of support for any easy, quick electronic way to move money between them and other banks, and their uninspiring website and app in general. They say they don't have Zelle due to security concerns, but I wish they would let people know the concerns and then still opt in if they want, maybe indemnifying the bank. I don't care about Zelle specifically, any kind of electronic transfer/bill pay would work for me. I haven't checked out their ATMs yet - really... read more
I have been banking at MSB for over 40 years and never have had a bad experience. Their fraud department is excellent and will notify you if there is suspicious activity. Customer service associates are always friendly and willing to help!
I love this bank. I’ve been going to them for years and everyone has always been so kind and helpful with all of my banking needs.
