Multiple times they’ve lacked in communication about my account and today even tho I was in the line before closing time they wouldn’t let me do my transaction because it was 15 passed by it was my turn. Because of covid they have you wait outside. It’s 20 degrees and windy, I waited outside with my 3 year old just to be told I can’t make a deposit into MY account. How lazy and unprofessional...
