I love this branch. Everyone is so helpful and they always go above and beyond.
They make it really difficult to cash checks there.

Please for all that’s holy don’t use this bank. The atm never works. It’s eaten my card and not given it back and has taken deposits and said “error” and say I never deposited anything . Unacceptable. Super unfortunate since the staff is super friendly, but this inconvenience is ridiculous.
I came to this location to cash in coins. I was direct to this location from another bank because this location has a coin counter. I was greeted by the Community Banking officer Carole Morgan, who proceeded to inform me of their policy. Which is I put the coins in a canvass bag and and wait a few days for the money to post to my account. UNACCEPTABLE, NO MONEY IS LEAVING MY HANDS WITHOUT A RECEIPT, THE BANK SHOULD KNOW THAT THATS A BAD POLICY!!!. Then Carole proceeded to hand me coin wraps so I could count my own money.
