The people at this branch are fine and helpful. However, the limits that Middelsex Savings Bank places on online transfers mean that online banking is basically impossible for someone who needs to move for than a couple thousand dollars at a time. I now have a HELOC and a checking account here and any time I need to access funds or move money I will need to constantly write checks to myself. It's not 2010 anymore. Today I had the pleasure of having to go into Middlesex Savings Bank in Medfield, Massachusetts. I was directed to go here from Citizens Bank down the street to help me with some 20+ year old Patriots Bonds. The staff at the branch is wonderful.
